To properly use sunscreen, apply it generously to all exposed skin at least 15-20 minutes before sun exposure, and reapply every two hours, or more frequently if swimming or sweating.
Choosing a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher is always best and remember to cover often-missed areas like ears, neck, and the tops of feet.
